What We Believe
In essential beliefs - we have unity.
"There is one Body and one Spirit...there is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father of us all..."
There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling. One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Ephesians 4:5
In non-essential beliefs - we have liberty.
"Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgement on disputable matters...Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls...So then each of us will give an account of himself to God."
Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations. Who are thou that judgest another man's servant? To his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up; for God is able to make him stand. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. Hast thou faith? Have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemnth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
Romans 14:1,4,12,22
In all our beliefs - we show charity.
"...if I hold in my mind not only all human knowledge but also the very secrets of God, and if I have the faith that can move mountains but have not love, I amount to nothing at all."
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
I Corinthians 13:2
